A crucial stage of applying to the university is over now. Did 2 applications on Friday and the last one on Saturday.

But then when I left to file the applications on the first day - Nisha's grafitti t-shirt flashed right in front of me - "There's not finish line". Even though a stage is OVER, this is the beginning of the preparations that I will have to start making for the inspection comimttee - that is due some time in March.

however - a nice SGU made me do a wonderful warm-up earlier last week.. I thought I will get the institute details, that I needed to fill in the form, at a centralized place - obviously at univ. the first contact pint was asst registrar - who directed me to syndicate - who in turn showed the way to statistics dept - from there to examination section - to academic section. Who finally - - - directed to asst registrar's office :)

Independence Day is here again. The defination has changed, so have the defining moments of the day.

Each year I buy bulk of magazines to read about the defining moments in history or to read the edit pages of those glossy magz! However, this year the issue of Times of India is a commandable - with its central theme as - D.O. Join these 2 alphabets and it prononces what is the needed the most today - Action. For a long time I have maintained that as a country (or for that matter society) doesn;t need temples or churches any more. The time of prayers is passe, it's time now to enter the arena and fight it out. Instead of baby steps, we will have to take leaps now to progress - or the definitiona of progress will change till we reach there, the manzil will move forward till the karva reaches there!!! Yes Mr Kotler, as you said, we need to run faster today to stay at the position where we are...
